Survey on Serious Youth Violence (SYV) for young people
Lambeth Council is asking young people in the borough across all backgrounds to complete a survey on Serious Youth Violence (SYV). The survey will help gather as many views, opinions, and ideas from young people to put the right measures in place to help keep the young people of Lambeth safe.
We are asking Lambeth practices to help disseminate the survey by putting up the link on your practice website and promoting it through your digital channels such as Facebook and Twitter.
The survey, which takes around 10 minutes to complete and is open until the 13 September, can be completed by following this link:
www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/KeepingSafeSYV (link is external)
All completed survey entries will be entered into a completion to win one of five £100 shopping vouchers.
Lambeth Council aim to develop a strategy using a public health focused approach which will prevent future generations from being affected by violence in Lambeth rather than just looking purely at enforcement, diversion and intervention. In order to be successful the strategy must be developed and owned by the community, statutory bodies and of course by young people.
