Registering Your New Born Baby

Once your baby is born then it is important that you register the baby as soon as possible in order for their details to be entered on the system before they have their 6-week baby check and are due to start their immunisations at 8 weeks. In order to register your baby we will need to see their full birth certificate, photographic identity of mother i.e. drivers licence/passport and you need to provide the babies NHS number. Please speak to reception as baby registration forms differ from adult forms.
