What to do if you have symptoms
Stay at home for 7 days if you have either:
- A high temperature
- A new continuous cough
Do not go to a GP surgery, pharmacy or hospital.
You do not need to contact NHS 111 to tell them you're staying at home.

Use the NHS 111 online coronavirus service if:
- you feel you cannot cope with your symptoms at home
- your condition gets worse
- your symptoms do not get better after 7 days

Practice Operational Protocol
In view of the Covid19 Pandemic, we are changing the way the surgery operates to reduce the risk of infection to both our patients and staff as follows: -
- All appointments will now be triaged by a doctor, so it will no longer be possible to book an appointment via the front desk or online. .
- There will now be a telephone triage clinic in the morning. If a patient needs to be seen the doctor will arrange this for the afternoon.
- Everyone entering the building, eg to collect blood forms, letters or prescriptions, will need give the reason to the receptionist via the front door intercom.
