PRACTICE LEARNING TIME (PLT)
When our practice is closed you can still get support. You can get expert medical advice and useful information by calling NHS 111 or through 111 online https://111.nhs.uk/
The NHS 111 service is available 24 hours a day and can provide patient information, issue prescriptions to a pharmacy of your choice, book a GP appointment, and, if necessary, refer people to emergency services.
Please only use the out-of-hours service if your medical condition is such that you cannot possibly wait until the surgery opens again.
If you have a problem which can wait until normal surgery hours, please use the following numbers:
If you phone the Surgery on 0207 737 9393, a recorded message will give you the number to ring.
In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.

Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.
