Guy’s & St Thomas Podiatry Self-referral

Patients must be registered with a GP based in Lambeth or Southwark.
Self-referrals are accepted. Referrals from friends, carers or relatives on the patient’s behalf are also accepted.
Referrals will be triaged according to priority and placed on a waiting list. Patient will be contact by phone or in writing, inviting them to make their assessment appointment.
